Stage 1
1. SELF REDEVELOPMENT CONSENT: Consent of 100% society members to take up self redevelopment. 2. INITIATE THE PROCESS: The society to approach SUNRISE with all the required details and documentation. 3. FEASIBILITY STUDY: Structuring the project cost and revenue in a manner to maximise benefits for the society. 4. APPOINTMENT OF SUNRISE: Getting written consent for appointment of SUNRISE and signing the necessary agreements.

Stage 2
5. Design Development: Preparation of unit plan, layout and elevation as per the requirement of members. 6. Land & Revenue Works: Obtaining the title search report and preparation of various undertakings required for approvals. 7. BUILDING PERMISSION: Obtaining necessary approvals from respective authorities for architectural plans. 8. PROJECT FINANCE: Arrangement of loan from financial institutions. based on the project report. 9. RERA REGISTRATION: Obtaining the RERA registration and uploading all the relevant documents including the project's Commsencement Certifcate. 10. VACATING THE PREMISES: Moving out the existing society members on receipt of Commencement Certificate and handing over of the premises to SUNRISE.

Stage 3
11. Sales & Marketing: Preparing and finalising a comprehensive sales strategy for additional units. 12. Construction & Monitoring Cash Flow: Ensuring quality and workmanship, and monitoring timely completion of the project. 13. Possession & Enrollment of New Members: Handing over the premises to old & new members on obtaining Occupancy Certificate and handing over corpus to the society.
